Cancellation Policy

- No cash payments without prior notice/arrangement - Strictly card payments only - Please notify us 24 hours before your appointment if you want to reschedule - Cancellations on the day of your appointment will be charged 70% of the service fee - 15-minute grace period before/after hours will be charged an additional fee of R50 - Should payments not reflect, future bookings may be affected
